Direct Purchases
 
For all paintings available through the "Osborn & Rugh Gallery" or the "Hillary Osborn Studio" or the "Doug Rugh Studio" please send an email and the artists will be happy to arrange a purchase with you. You may pay by credit card, check or PayPal. The paintings will arrive framed unless noted and the gallery will pay the FedEx 3-day cost to ship within the U.S.
